  • Building confidence to tackle slopes that you find more challenging.

  • Developing tactics and technique for a variety of conditions.

  • Tuning in to movements and our own bodies to allow for more efficient skiing.

  • Having a jolly good time and exploring the mountain!

Our goal is to improve your ski experience by helping you to think less and to feel calmer, happier and more at ease on the mountain. Everything from pre arranged ski hire to evening meditation, is designed to make this ski holiday as simple and stress free for you.

In order to maximise your time on skis you will be split into groups according to ability. We chat to everyone who books on to our retreats to make sure that ski levels will match up with others on the retreat.

It’s really important that you can fulfil the following pre-requisites. At the moment our retreats are designed for people who have done a bit of skiing before, however if you are a complete beginner and you are interested in the retreat, then please let us know - if we have enough interest we may be able to offer a beginner skier option.

If you have any queries as to whether the ski course will work for you, Amy will be happy to discuss it with you.

Minimum pre-requisites:

– Comfortable skiing on blue runs

– Can make short side slips

– Have used chairlifts and button lifts before

The Skiing
The Yoga

All yoga sessions will be with our one of our own yoga teachers. The yoga classes and workshops have been designed to help you get the most out of your week with us on the mat and out in the mountains.

Daily Practice

Whether you are an advanced yogi or you have never tried yoga before, each session will be tailored to your needs. Join us on the yoga mat for a daily morning Vinyasa style practice to wake up and warm up the body in preparation for the slopes. After a day on the mountains wind down with a restorative Yin session in the evening, designed to stretch and soothe the body after a day on the mountain.

Yoga Workshops

During each retreat we will have two mornings dedicated to a 2hr yoga workshop. Delving deeper into asana technique, pranayama and meditation, your teacher will guide you through a session designed to discover the connections between your skiing performance and your own personal yoga practice and to possibly challenge you to new levels in your practice. On these days we invite you to join us later for a bedtime Yoga Nidra session to relax your body ready for bed and a dreamy deep sleep.

Do I need to have tried yoga before?

No! Our classes are designed so that you can take it at your own pace and join in as much or as little as you would like.
